Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our team at the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will provide advanced regulatory/technical problem-solving support for nuclear plant operations, ensuring compliance with industry codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth regulatory/technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement regulatory analyses, activities, and programs.
- Offer regulatory/technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve regulatory issues.
- Manage regulatory tasks assigned by supervision, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Perform independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of regulatory/technical projects and programs.
- Recommend new concepts and techniques to improve performance, simplify operation, reduce costs, reduce regulatory burden, correct regulatory non-compliances, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
- High School Diploma and minimum 10 years of experience (5 of the 10 years must be at the exempt level) or Associates Degree and minimum 8 years of experience (3 of the 8 years must be at the exempt level) or 8 years overall experience with 2 years of FLS experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Associates degree or Non-engineering Bachelor's degree.
- Previous SRO license/certification.
Constellation Energy offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salaries, bonus programs, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days, and much more.
Expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
