TrovaTal is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our team of experts in delivering high-quality tax and accounting services to regional, national, and international clients. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and expanding our firm's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services to clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise in individual, partnership, corporate, and trust and estate tax.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive engagement growth and client satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.
- Develop and implement tax research and planning strategies to drive business growth and client success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or MST preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with multistate and consolidated tax returns.
- Active CPA license or significant progress toward certification.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of leadership.
