- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and laws. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package, with a range of $190K - $210K.
- Annual Bonus: An annual bonus of 25%.
