Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile clinic team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner - NP, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive wound care treatment throughout the county. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality wound care treatment to patients in various settings, including medical facilities, homes, and assisted living facilities.
- Collaborate with qualified physicians, other staff members, and patients to plan and coordinate care.
- Accurately document medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to established procedures.
- Manage time effectively, completing tasks within designated timeframes and delegating tasks as needed.
- Act as a role model and resource for the team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing and advanced practitioner program.
- Licensure by the Utah State Board of Nursing.
- Advanced practitioner license.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
- Experience in wound care is preferred.
We provide a competitive wage of $55.00/hour, as well as great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO). Optional enrollment in a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and life insurance is also available. Additionally, we offer malpractice insurance and bonus compensation.
