Maintenance Planning and CoordinationYou will plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. This will involve developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Leadership and TrainingYou will train and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. You will also collaborate with production supervisors to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
Troubleshooting and RepairYou will troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on automated equipment. You will also analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance operations.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in plant maintenance and engineering in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and update electrical schematics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs and work on feet for hours at a time in hot environments.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
