About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Program Director to join our team at Premier Childcare and Learning Center. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support the educational and social development of children aged 3-5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and implement high-quality programs that align with state standards and promote the overall well-being of children.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee the work of assistant teachers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet the needs of children.
  • Parent Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents through regular updates on their child's progress and involvement in classroom activities.
  • Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and financial planning to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool program.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field (CDA accepted).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a lead teacher or director role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year based on qualifications and location.
