Job Summary

Holt of California is seeking a skilled Yard Technician to join our team. As a key member of our rental operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with equipment rentals and returns, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct thorough safety checks on equipment before and after rental, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Prepare equipment for rental by cleaning, inspecting, and performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Work closely with rental coordinators and shop staff to schedule repairs and maintain equipment inventory.
  • Ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading equipment, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Valid Class C driver's license and clean DMV record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
