Healthcare Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
You will collaborate closely with the Healthcare Provider to deliver essential patient care and execute assigned tasks, which include helping to maintain a hygienic and secure environment.
You will receive training to carry out various medical support functions, such as conducting drug screenings, performing diagnostic tests, preparing specimens, administering injections, and executing blood draws.
You will also be trained to handle administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, filing documents, and processing records.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Preferred enrollment in a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Nursing, or related program
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities in both verbal and written formats.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to foster a positive working environment among diverse groups, promoting teamwork and leading by example.
Preferred Skills:
