Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Veterinary Technology courses at Lone Star College. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, evaluating student progress, and maintaining a professional relationship with students, colleagues, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Veterinary Technology courses at various times and locations
  • Create lesson plans that promote student involvement and application of material
  • Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback
  • Maintain a professional relationship with students, colleagues, and the community
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in veterinary technology from an AVMA-accredited program
  • LVT Licensed Veterinary Technician or a licensed DVM with 3 years of nonteaching work experience in the field
