Xtreme Homecare is seeking a highly skilled HR/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bayside, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our homecare agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire qualified caregivers
- Assist with caregiver onboarding and training
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record accurate caregiver employee information
- Supervise caregivers and complete performance evaluations
- Understand and adhere to state and federal labor laws
- Perform other office duties
- Must be bi-lingual English/Korean
- Must be computer literate, proficient in MS Office and homecare software programs
- Be empathetic toward people with disabilities, the elderly, and their families
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
- Korean (Required)
- In person
