Role Overview:
The Lead Bank Cashier is accountable for managing the primary banking operations within the casino cage. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including executing transactions with Cage Cashiers and meticulously auditing all documentation associated with gaming activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise disbursement of funds for guests and the establishment by processing and validating all transactions and documentation in line with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Document and issue receipts for markers, payouts, safekeeping, jackpots, and table fills.
- Facilitate the exchange of gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and manage markers and fills.
- Oversee cash intake in both Hard and Soft Count areas, including the counting of all cash and confirming complete collection figures.
- Audit documentation related to fill traffic from all gaming sections.
- Gather customer credit information and collaborate with fellow cage staff as necessary.
- Maintain the bank balance and protect casino cage assets throughout the assigned shift.
- Process promotional paperwork, Food & Beverage, and other deposits.
- Support the Cage Supervisor with training or guidance as required.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information on current promotions.
Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates standing for the majority of the shift.
Additional Duties:
Other responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
