We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Missouri State University. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain floors, carpets, and stairs in assigned areas
- Dust and polish office furniture and equipment
- Ensure restrooms are clean and sanitary
- Remove trash and recyclables from buildings
- Wash interior and exterior glass
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least one year of experience in custodial services
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, prolonged walking or standing, and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be required to work indoors and outdoors, and may be required to access areas that are only accessible by climbing ladders or stairs.
