About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Swedish Medical Group. As a Clinical RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care to assigned patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
  2. Licensure: Current Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  3. Certifications: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  4. Experience: 1 year of Nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or 1 year of Nursing Tech experience.
