About the Job:

The Metal Fabricator will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, or design specifications to create metal structures. They will select appropriate materials, cut and shape metal components, and perform various welding techniques.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, as well as operating welding equipment such as welding machines, torches, and electrodes.

As a Metal Fabricator at Custom Truck Equipment, you will work on custom projects that require collaboration with clients and other team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of welds and following safety protocols.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or welding
  • Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
