Job Overview

The role of Staff Clinical Pharmacist - Community Focus at Walmart is a vital part of our pharmacy team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Staff Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and education.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
Benefits and Compensation

As a Staff Clinical Pharmacist at Walmart, you can expect a competitive salary range of $98,000.00-$172,000.00, prorated based on the percentage of 40 hours scheduled per week. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
