- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management- Develop and implement site policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage site personnel, including performance management and development.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between site personnel and other departments.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

- Ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- 1+ year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
