Respite Caregiver Opportunity

At ChildServe, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with special healthcare needs. As a Respite Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in supporting families by providing personal care and supervision to children in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 care to children with special healthcare needs in individual settings
  • Engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Document services provided and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Ability to provide own transportation
  • Effective communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be mobile within the assigned work area
