Ice Arena Attendant

The City of Wentzville is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ice Arena Attendant to join our dynamic team at the Ice Arena. As an Ice Arena Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, maintaining the arena, and supporting our operations.

• Deliver respectful, professional, and positive service in all interactions with co-workers, internal and external customers, community members, and the public at large.
• Maintain a positive and productive atmosphere, ensuring compliance with the City, Department, and Division's policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Perform tasks related to Public Skate Sessions, including:
  • Managing rental skate operations
  • Maintaining order and enforcing rules
  • Providing stellar customer service and addressing injuries
  • Operating cash tills and selling concession items
  • Balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift

• Prior relevant experience desired.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 90 days of the hire date.
