Job Overview
Austin Powder is a leading provider of industrial explosives and blasting services, seeking an experienced Blasting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality blasting services to customers in the quarrying, mining, construction, and oil and gas industries.

In this role, you will conduct field tests to determine the type and quantity of explosives needed for each job, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and safety protocols. You will also coordinate with shot crews to arrange and detonate shots, conducting pre- and post-shot safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), flexible spending account, life insurance, AD&D insurance, short-term disability, and employee assistance program (EAP).
