We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Admit, discharge, and transfer residents in a safe and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Administer medications and follow infection control policies
  • Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' conditions to proper personnel
Qualifications
  • LPN licensure in the state
  • CPR certification
  • Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
