AP Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Specialist to join our team at Century Group. As an AP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and financial transactions.

Salary: $28-$30 per hour. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, and location.

This is a temporary position that will last for 3-6 months, requiring immediate start. You will be responsible for efficiently processing invoices with high accuracy, maintaining good communication with vendors and internal stakeholders, verifying details to ensure compliance with company policies, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, paying attention to details, reconciling credit card transactions, and assisting with timely submission and processing of expense reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of strong AP experience, familiarity with invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reports, experience working with ERP systems, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
