Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Package Handler - Switching/CDL Operator to join our team at Federal Express Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for sorting and unloading packages with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort packages correctly using basic tools and equipment
  • Unload packages from vehicles and conveyors
  • Operate a CDL vehicle to transport packages
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and Department of Transportation (DOT) file
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures and in an environment with fumes and loud noise
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations.

Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.

An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

$23.15/hr

Schedule:

Monday - Wednesday 6pm start time
