Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Inspector to join our team in McCracken County, Kentucky. This is a contractor position that requires conducting inspections on residential properties to ensure occupancy status.

The successful candidate can expect to earn between $20 and $30 per hour, with opportunities to increase earnings based on location and volume. As a contractor, you will also have the ability to set your own schedule and work independently.

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters as necessary.
• Utilize industry-leading software and tools to document and report findings.
• Take high-quality photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Meet performance metrics and complete inspections within designated timelines.
• Communicate effectively with account managers and maintain professionalism at all times.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. A background check will be required to obtain an Aspen Grove number. We prefer candidates with 6 months of experience in the inspection field or as a 1099 employee. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential, as well as proficiency with technology and excellent communication skills.
