**Pay Scale:**
Our pay scale is based on years of experience, with a minimum salary for those with no experience and a maximum salary for those with over 30 years of experience.

**Sign-On Bonus:**
We offer a sign-on bonus of $15,000 with a 2-year commitment, or $20,000 with a 3-year commitment.

**Relocation Assistance:**
We offer relocation assistance to help you move to our location, with an amount negotiable based on relocation distance and a 2-year work requirement.

**Office Hours:**
Our office hours are 12-hour shifts, either 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am.

**Shift Differentials:**
We offer shift differentials for evening and night shifts, with an 8% increase for evening shifts and an 11% increase for night shifts.

**Must-Haves:**

* **Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing:** We require a minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing to apply for this position.
* **Current Basic Life Support (BLS):** You must possess or be eligible to obtain current Basic Life Support certification.
* **Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho:** You must possess or be eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho.

**Nice-To-Haves:**

* **Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN):** A Bachelor's degree in nursing is a nice-to-have for this position.
