Rooftop Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Rooftop Server to join our team at the Rane Culinary Science Center. As a Rooftop Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide personalized service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the rooftop bar and surrounding areas.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service to guests.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and preferences.
• Upsell and promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver multiple plates of food and bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
