Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide medical nutritional therapy to patients, assessing their nutritional status and developing personalized plans to maintain or improve their nutritional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop targeted plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutritional care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Counsel patients and their families on healthy eating habits, food requirements, and therapeutic nutrition.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in medical nutrition therapy.
Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and licensure in Nevada.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
