About the Role:

We are seeking a registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an ICU Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care plans and ensure seamless transitions between shifts. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, assessing vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring treatment progress

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure clear understanding of treatment goals and outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• State license required/registration where applicable

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care settings
