Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity in Louisiana

We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our client's team in Southwest Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care and have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Opportunity- Work in a traditional model with a 4-day work week, enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
- Join an established and stable practice with 4 other Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Enjoy a 1:5 call schedule and immediate access to a 40-primary care physician referral base, ensuring a steady stream of patients.
- Practice in a state-of-the-art 16-bed Medical ICU unit, with the option to cover an 18-bed surgical ICU, providing a challenging and rewarding experience.
- Outpatient general and inpatient critical care rotation, allowing for a diverse range of patient interactions.
- 12-14 patients seen in office, 2-6 patient consults, and 3-5 patient rounding, providing a manageable and engaging workload.
- Start and stop times typically flexible, but usually 8:15am clinic time and 7-7:30am ICU start, accommodating individual needs.
- Income potential between $425,000 - $750,000 per year, depending on production, providing a competitive salary.
- Work RVU production incentives, ensuring a fair compensation structure.
- Starting bonus, relocation reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, paid professional liability insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401 K, full medical, dental, PTO, and more.
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance - $70,000 @ $1,944.44/mth for 36 mths; loan forgiveness period is years 4-5, providing a valuable benefit for new physicians.
