Telecom Trainer

Job Summary:

TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Trainer to support our team in providing industry-leading training to our construction management teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational and EHS training to our crews, ensuring they are equipped to work safely, effectively, and efficiently on telecom site builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for telecom construction crews, including Competent Climber & Rescue, Competent & Qualified Rigger, and JHA training.
• Provide training on NWSA TTT-1 and TTT-2 pathway training, 1st Aid/CPR, Capstan Hoist, Qualified Electrical Worker, Forklift, and OSHA Outreach Trainer certifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of job sites to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to crews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust training programs and improve leading/lagging indicators.
• Verify and document compliance with safe work practices and training requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a trainer with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LMS databases.
• Knowledge of telecommunication site builds and maintenance work.
• Driver's License and clean MVR required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of driving time.
