Contract Details
- Contract duration: 3 - 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Compensation: $240/hour on a 1099 basis
- Required Health Documentation:
- COVID Vaccination
- TB test within the last year
- MMR vaccination
- Varicella vaccination
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- Annual flu vaccination
Qualifications Required
- Possession of an active Physician license from any U.S. State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia
- Board Certification in Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead during the work shift
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Capacity to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Ability to push/pull with a force of 30 lbs
