Job Summary:

CapLeo Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with neurological, neurosurgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma conditions.
  • Operate and maintain various types of medical technology, including ventilators, entriculostomies, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, arterial lines, central lines, PICC lines, IABP, ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, BIS monitors, continuous pulse oximetry, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), gastric tubes, and intravenous infusion pumps.
  • Fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district.
  • Minimum 3 years of ICU experience.
  • NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
