Baker

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our Bakery Team, you'll play a vital role in creating our signature breads and pastries, ensuring every item meets our high standards for flavor and quality.

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries, using 100% real ingredients and adhering to our quality control standards.
• Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.
• Support your manager and team members, stepping in to help with tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Learn and master various positions within the café, including cashier, drive-thru, salad and sandwich makers, barista, and dining room cleanliness.

• You must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, typically 2PM-10PM.
