CNA Program Instructor

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training to students in the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in teaching and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans for the CNA program
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students during classroom and clinical rotations
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a comprehensive training experience
  • Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations related to nursing practice
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a practical nurse or registered nurse in the state of Indiana
  • Experience in long-term care, preferably in a leadership or teaching role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with adult learners
