Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Club Custodian. This part-time role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our clubs, interacting with members and staff, and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe environment through correct implementation of safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize specialized tools to perform deep cleaning and disinfecting duties.
  • Responsible for following and adhering to our Clean Approach.
  • Maintain cleanliness records through Job Cards and communication logs.
  • Assist in daily upkeep of club amenities.
  • Assist in building our community of members through a consistent member experience.
  • Attend team meetings and trainings as required.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic fitness experience and passion.
  • Pool maintenance experience a plus.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
  • Flexible and positive attitude in meeting and exceeding member expectations.
  • Work well under pressure and time constraints and display positive behavior in all member contacts.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed.
  • Willing and able to work a flexible shift: overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date.
