We are currently offering an estimated salary of $19.50 per hour, plus shift differential rates, making this a highly competitive opportunity for CNAs looking to advance their careers.

As a CNA at Kinnic, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel
  • Assisting with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for our residents

You will work primarily indoors at one of our long-term healthcare facilities, performing tasks such as personal care, ambulation, and transfers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of resident vital signs, weights, and measurements.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state OR
  • Current/active CPR certification, preferred
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
