Mold Setter

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team. As a Mold Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating molding machines, ensuring high-quality products are produced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and start up molding machines, perform daily setups, startups, shutdowns, and pulls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems, dealing with inconsistent material, faulty equipment, and human error.
• Document process changes, mold changes, and machine adjustments.
• Inspect items to ensure quality, using calipers and optical comparators to check products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, keeping the toolroom and mold storage area organized.
