Position Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is accountable for the total nursing care of assigned patients, which includes:
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff.
- Applying in-depth knowledge of hospital policies and nursing practices.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with patients and their families.
- Documenting patient care and progress accurately.
Qualifications Required
- Current Florida RN license or Compact Licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
