Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Kohl's. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of merchandise throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, and shipping orders and returns
  • Input data to prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including communicating with vendors and associates to resolve disputes and review compliance
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity
  • Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, and receive, understand, and proactively respond to direction
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Adept multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments
