We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team at Fojo Beans LLC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
• Oversee and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
