Master Craftsman

We seek a skilled Carpenter with at least 3 years of residential construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess rough and finish carpentry skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Rough and finish carpentry skills
• Global understanding of construction projects, including the ability to foresee and prevent unnecessary work
• Proficiency in reading and following plans and specifications
• Knowledge of sustainability principles, including advanced framing, air sealing, water management, and weatherization
• Ability to work effectively with others, including less experienced team members
• Maintenance of a clean and safe work environment
• Effective problem-solving and planning skills
• Initiative and good judgment
• OSHA 5 certification

This is a full-time, year-round hourly position with a pay range of $25-35/hour depending on experience. SteveWorks LLC offers a comprehensive health insurance policy, a 401(k) contribution, generous paid vacation and holidays, paid sick leave, and a tool allowance.
