Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Banner Health is seeking a highly skilled Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Banner-University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with a 4-10 schedule, variable days with some weekend coverage. The ideal candidate will have the ability to obtain an AZ license and DEA, with oncology certification desired. New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop diagnoses, and implement treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in hematology and oncology
