Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Custom Pipe & Fabrication. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Production Operations: Operate tools and machinery to aid in the manufacturing process, producing high-quality parts according to manufacturing targets and schedules.
  • Quality Control: Perform periodic checks on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure quality parts are produced.
  • Record Keeping: Record all machine actions and log completed parts for record keeping purposes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A strong understanding of machinery and equipment, with a willingness to learn and improve to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with various manufacturing tools and machinery, ability to work well with others, be organized and detail-oriented, and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, with a strong understanding of various manufacturing tools and machinery.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
