Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of your license.
- Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Valid LPN license or LVN license issued by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Education:
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
