Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surgical Coordinator to join our team at California Foot & Ankle Centers. As a key member of our clinical operations, you will be responsible for scheduling surgeries, coordinating with multiple hospitals and surgery centers, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in surgery scheduling, preferably in Northern California. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC strongly preferred) are essential for this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a caring and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and staff.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
