Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description: As a Supply Chain Coordinator at HumCap, Inc., you will be responsible for coordinating the production process to meet delivery commitments. Your duties will include organizing and monitoring production progress, identifying risks, and communicating with management. You will also be responsible for confirming open production jobs, researching and resolving issues, and communicating with various teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have 5+ years of related manufacturing experience in an MRP/ERP environment, a degree preferred but equivalent relevant experience will be considered, and ERP experience required, PLEX experience a plus. You must also have in-depth understanding of routings, multi-level bills of material, lead times, and Supply Chain concepts, ability to conceptualize supply chain/inventory flow, and excellent organizational and Customer Service skills. Strong leadership abilities, excellent computer skills, and ability to make effective decisions are also essential.
