Dialysis Technician

At American Renal Associates, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
- Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on dialysis treatment and care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification required for experienced PCTs.
- BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs.
