Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, bid, and oversee construction for both public and private civil projects
  • Provide technical guidance to the design team to enhance project efficiency and quality
  • Manage project tasks including scope, schedule, budget, design, and analysis
  • Conduct QA/QC evaluations of civil design documents and drawings
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations for plan approvals
  • Supervise project teams, support staff, and collaborate with various disciplines
  • Mentor engineering and operations personnel as needed
  • Engage in business development activities such as client interactions, proposals, and contracts
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and research opportunities
  • Participate in professional organizations and conferences
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
