**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers receive fast and friendly service.
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
* Execute our food program to the highest standards.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.

**Requirements**

* Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined in the job description.
