About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team at Ascension Saint Thomas. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and prepare patients for procedures, performing conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, communicating patient status to physicians before, during, and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the mission of Ascension by promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or compact state.
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
