We are redefining outstanding food and service in the industry. As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary personnel and maintaining a professional and organized kitchen. Ensuring excellent food quality and preparation will be a priority as the Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will report vital information directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Selecting, training, and coaching the culinary staff
  • Serving as an intermediary between the front and back of the house, requiring strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene

The ideal candidate will have outstanding problem-solving abilities and the ability to quickly adjust to changing situations. Our Executive Chef will work closely with the team to become familiar with administrative duties and cost control practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, paid vacation, 401k, performance-based incentives, career advancement opportunities, and work-life balance.

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of current experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or upscale casual concept. Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.) is also required.
